Our menus involve the freshest local produce, sustainably harvested pole and line caught seafood, and farm fresh meats that are ordered daily in anticipation of our reservations. We care deeply about these products and wish not to waste the fantastic products of our passionate and dedicated family farms and fishermen. As such, we require credit card confirmation on parties larger than 2. Reservations may be cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the time and date of the reservation. At the discretion of Restaurant Trokay, reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation will be charged $20/person, and reservations that are unfulfilled without notice of cancellation will be charged $40/person.
Out of respect for the dining experience of all patrons, promptness with regard to reservation time and arrival is appreciated. Reservations may be released if no members of a given party have arrived 15 minutes after the reservation time.
While we do not have a specific dress code, we feel that "smart mountain casual" is appropriate. Some guests are coming in from their mountain activities, and others are celebrating special occasions. Guests should feel comfortable however they arrive.
Our corkage policy allows for a customer to bring their own wine at a price of $30/ 750ml bottle and $40/magnum. Corkage bottles are treated the same as a bottle from our own cellar, and require appropriate glassware
If a guest brings a bottle of wine AND buys a bottle off our wine list, we waive the corkage fee.
